Hot, dry weather expected

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in plain areas during the next twelve hours. However, light rain with wind and thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in north western Balochistan.

Temperature of some major cities recorded on Monday. Islamabad twenty degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-nine, Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-three, Quetta seventeen, Gilgit fifteen, Murree eighteen and Muzaffarabad twenty-three degree centigrade.

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain-thunderstorm during evening and night is expected in Srinagar and Leh while partly cloudy in Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula.
