HEC says universities to decide mode of assessment

Higher Education Commission (HEC) has said that universities have been allowed to use their discretion to conduct exams, either on-campus or online.
HEC has also unequivocally denounced the news of issuing a letter that claimed that the universities have been directed to conduct online midterm and final examination.
