Hamdard Pakistan has signed a contract with Decibel BPO Private Limited to enhance efficiency in human resources and overall management through the implementation of the Decibel Human Capital Management System. A formal signing ceremony took place yesterday at Hamdard Corporate Head Office.
During this event, Abu-Talib Bhutto, Group Director of Hamdard Pakistan, and Faisal Qamar, Co-Founder and CEO of Decibel, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Dr. ArshadSaleem, Chief Operating Officer of Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan, also attended the ceremony.
Shaharyar Pasha, the Head of the Marketing Division Hamdard, welcomed the esteemed guests. The gathering included representatives from Decibel, as well as directors, deputy directors, and staff from different divisions within Hamdard Pakistan. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. ArshadSaleem emphasized the critical importance of modernizing various aspects of organizational management in today’s highly competitive global business landscape.
He stressed that successful organizations excel in operations, human resource management, workforce development, planning, monitoring, control, and production by aligning their practices with contemporary management models and technologies. “Today’s agreement with Decibel reflects Hamdard Pakistan’s commitment to further improve automation in skill development, enterprise and corporate affairs, and operational efficiency, all in pursuit of advancing healthcare within society,” he said.
