ISLAMABAD – Gold prices in Pakistan registered a slight decline on Thursday a day after hitting the record high.
According to Sarafa association per tola price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs1,000 to close at Rs263,000 whereas the price of 10-gram plunged by Rs857 to reach Rs225,480.
Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold dropped to Rs206,690 per 10 grams in Pakistan.
The price of the precious commodity also decreased in the international market where per ounce price moved down by $8 to settle at $2,515.

Meanwhile, the silver prices remained unchanged in Pakistan as per tola rate stood at Rs2,900 while 10-gram is available for Rs2,486.
A day earlier, per tola gold rate moved up by Rs2,300 to settle at Rs264,000 whereas the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs1,972 to reach Rs226,333.
