Punjab Minister for Transport Jahanzaib Khan Khechi has said that benefits will be taken from international achievements for the development of transport sector in the province.
He said that Germany, Czechoslovakia and China have shown interest to invest in transport sector.
The Provincial Minister for Transport said this while presiding over a meeting held here on Thursday to review progress on purchase of new buses for providing comfortable and environment-friendly transport facilities to people of the provincial metropolis.
The delegation was informed that the delegations of these countries will soon visit the province.
Lahore Transport Company presented various recommendations for the solution of traffic problems and procurement of new buses. —INP
