First Digital Pakistan Conference postponed

Due to growing cases of Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19) and ongoing lockdown in most parts of Pakistan and other regions in the world and in the interest of the nation’s safety and supporting the directions of the government, First Digital Pakistan Conference scheduled to be held on April 15in Karachi has been postponed till further notice.
This event was aimed to make Pakistan an information technology (IT) hub and build capacity of IT industry to produce thousands of jobs for youth following vision of present government.
Organizers of this event have announced that due to increased risk of this virus for national and international delegates and following advises of provincial and federal government of Pakistan, they were compelled to take this postponement decision with heavy heart.
Through this decision, we are sure that this will be a crucial step to break the chain of transmission of this disease in fellow citizens and it will also ensure safety of our participants, partners, sponsors and everyone on board, said Maroof Aub, CEO – AMFCO Technologies in an statement.
