Social giants Facebook, Messenger and Instagram are not working in Pakistan and parts of the world on Tuesday.
Social media users took to Twitter and other sites to post about log-in issues on connecting apps. Data shared by users suggest that they were logged out of both Facebook and Instagram.
Downdetector, the key monitoring service, reported a surge in error reports shortly after 8:20 PST. Additionally, Instagram users noted that their feeds were not refreshing.

Amid the outage, Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, company’s spokesperson Andy Stone said they are aware people are having trouble accessing our services. We are working on this now.
