Sindh Energy Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah emphasized the need for a shift in political discourse, urging Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to abandon politics rooted in verbal abuse, rudeness, and character assassination.

Speaking to the media, Shah stated that Pakistan’s future depends on a peaceful political approach, adding that PTI must prepare to wait until the 2029 elections. Highlighting issues within PTI-governed provinces, he urged the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to focus on addressing the challenges faced by his province.

Shah also dismissed rumors of administrative changes, affirming that the Governor of Sindh is fulfilling his responsibilities effectively. Speaking at a graduation ceremony for a private beauty salon and vocational institute, Nasir Shah highlighted the Sindh government’s free loan program, initiated under the guidance of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Aseefa Bhutto Zardari.

Sindh Energy Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah noted: Over 1.2 million women in rural Sindh are receiving pensions under the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO). Vocational and skills training programs are empowering women, ensuring economic independence and better opportunities.

Nasir Shah congratulated graduates, stating, “By completing these courses, our daughters and sisters are not only securing employment but paving the way for a brighter future for their families and communities.”

The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is committed to supporting women in becoming self-reliant, Shah added. He assured that initiatives focused on making women skilled and independent would continue to expand, benefiting future generations. “Empowering women is not just a priority but a necessity for societal progress,” Shah added.
