Unfortunately, education system in the province of Sindh is being decimated by devilish architects, thugs and thieves to keep the Sindhi society enslaved for the centuries to come and keep heralding feudalistic culture with same velocity. Recent en bloc transfers of primary teachers to remote areas is the manifestation of the same vicious and wicked ill-thought that prevailed and massively damaged the pacifist Sindhi society through centuries.
Indeed, the primary and the most urgent requirement for any nation to progress is the promotion of education. It is inconceivable that any nation should achieve prosperity, peace , overall development and success unless this paramount, this fundamental concern is carried forward, but the way primary teachers have been transferred en bloc in the province of Sindh with a single stroke of pen reported to be by the erstwhile Provincial Minister can’t be termed in any manner as Education OR Universal Primary Education-friendly, but anti-education, anti-values, anti-ethics, anti-administration and effective organizational governance.
How can insufficiently paid primary teacher(s) transferred from the duty station which was easy in access to them to the remotest area possible and in some cases dozens of them reported to have been transferred out of home district(s), perform their duties with utmost devotion, dedication and undivided attention? Is this not a devilish conspiracy to keep the primary schools of Jeejal Sindh without primary teachers and create such a hostile environment as those schools remain occupied by the feudal lords, thugs, thieves and addicts? Is there anyone God-fearing, humanity and education caring to revoke transfer orders of primary teachers en bloc and only transfer when it is inevitable or have concentrated more than the required number of teachers in any primary school or recruit new teachers or Education Volunteers from the area where any primary school is without any teacher, but not making a system topsy-turvy as seen and experienced in Jeejal Sindh?
