Covid-19 Threats: Smart Lockdown imposed in 55 areas of City

In the wake of surge in Coronavirus cases during the second wave of the pandemic, Smart Lockdown has been imposed in 55 areas of the provincial metropolis on Thursday. The areas where Smart Lockdown has been include different blocks and streets with more Covid-19 cases, in Data Ganj Bakhsh Town, Shalimar Town, Samanabad Town, Aziz Bhatti Town and Allama Iqbal Town.
Businesses which have been allowed to remain open include medical services, pharmacies, medical stores, laboratories collection points, hospitals and clinics. For any further information, the citizens have been asked to call on the helpline 1033.
