Cold and dry weather expected in most parts coun-try

Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts the country during the next twelve hours. Smog/fog is likely to intensify in plain areas of Punjab during morning and night hours. Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad six degree centigrade, Lahore twelve, Karachi seventeen, Peshawar eight, Quetta three, Gilgit one, Murree five and Muzaffarabad four de-gree centigrade.

According to Met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and cold weather is expected in Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula and Srinagar, partly cloudy and very cold weather is forecast in Leh and cold and dry weather is expected in Jammu during morning hours.

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar minus one, Jammu seven, Leh minus eight, Anantnag, Shopian , Pulwama and Baramula minus two degree centigrade.—APP
