Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal has said that they have to control corruption by taking effective measures.
While talking to media persons in Islamabad, Javed Iqbal said that those who have plundered national wealth should return it back or serve jails.
“What wrong have I done if I took action against those who plundered national wealth,” he questioned.
He said that they have to control corruption and bring the plundered money back to country. The chairman NAB further said that they need to identify fraudulent people amongst traders. He added that it is NAB’s basic policy is to take care of everyone’s dignity as it is the only institution protecting the rights of people. Javed Iqbal added that several fake housing societies have done fraud with widows and elderly people and NAB is taking strict action against those.
