The Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has said that the provision of the top standard facilities in the governmental hospitals in Punjab to the masses was among his top most priorities. He said this while inspecting Government Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital during his brief visit of Sialkot on Eid-ul Azha (Monday). The CM Usman Buzdar further added that serving the deserving and needy humanity was like worship to God for him. He said that health care system would be improved further in order to facilitate the common patients.
The CM visited various ward of the hospital and inquired from the patients about their health and also offered them Eid greetings and presented gifts to them. He also inquired from the patients about various the issues and facilities, being provided to them in hospital, and directed for the immediate solution of their issues. Later on the CM Usman Buzdar inspected the cleanliness situation at Commissioner road, Paris road, Railway road and a number of other places. At the Civil Rest House in Sialkot Cantt, the CM Buzdar had meeting with the bereaved family of a martyred constable, Ansar Javed, who was recently killed in an encounter with the robbers. He paid rich tributes to the martyred cop and said that he will always be remembered for his bravery and dutifulness. The Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting DR Firdous Ashiq Awan, the Adviser on Youth Affairs Usman Dar, the Punjab Minister for Special Education Ch Muhammad Ikhlaq, the spokes person of the government of Punjab Shehbaz Gill, the Commissioner Gujranwala Waqas Ali Mehmood, Regional Police Officer (RPO) Tariq Abbas Qureshi, the Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Dr Syed Bilal Haider, District Police Officer (DPO) Sialkot Mustansar Feroz and others were also present on the occasion.
