KARACHI – Bitcoin is the world’s largest cryptocurrency, which was created in 2009 by an anonymous person or group known as Satoshi Nakamoto.a

Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger called the blockchain, ensuring transparency and security of the investment.

The currency is created through a process called mining, where powerful computers solve complex mathematical problems. The digital currency has gained popularity as both a store of value and a speculative investment asset.

Bitcoin has registered massive gains following the US elections wherein Donald Trump has been voted into power.

However, today, December 10, the Bitcoin has witnessed significant losses downward trend, hovering below $100,000.
