The Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM), Abdul Majeed Malik, and Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement (JKPPFM), Qazi Muhammad Imran, have strongly condemned the blasphemous remarks by a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Satpal Sharma, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Abdul Majeed Malik and Qazi Muhammad Imran held a meeting in Islamabad and discussed the current situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The two leaders in a statement issued after the meeting said that the derogatory remarks against the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was aimed at stoking sectarian discard and carry out massacre of Kashmiri Muslims.
They also condemned the killing of three labourers of Rajouri in a fake encounter by Indian troops in Shopian district and appealed to the UN and the international community to take notice of the Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory. They lamented the silence of the international community on the killing of innocent Kashmiris.
Abdul Majeed Malik and Qazi Muhammad Imran reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue their liberation struggle till complete success. They also paid rich tributes to the Kashmiri youth who sacrificed their lives for the Kashmir cause.—KMS
