The cryptocurrency market remained bearish for the third straight day on Thursday, with the market capitalisation falling 0.3 percent to $2.1 trillion as of 1250 hours GMT.
The price of bitcoin (BTC), which has been on a losing streak since topping the $50,000 mark on Monday last, shed 1.81 percent to reach $46,874.
With this fall in price, the market capitalisation of the biggest cryptocurrency has slipped to $881.1 billion.
Likewise, ethereum (ETH) price shed 1.84 percent to reach $3,090. With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of ETH has reached $362.1 billion.
On the other hand, XRP shed 5.54 percent to reach $1.09. The market capitalisation of XRP stands at $109 billion after this decrease.
Similarly, the price of cardano (ADA) reached $2.56 with a 5.4 percent decrease. Its market capitalisation has reached $82.6 billion after this decrease. Likewise, dogecoin (Doge) price went down by 5.17 percent to reach $0.272.
With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of doge has reached $35.6 billion.—TLTP
