Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held a series of meetings at Bilawal House to discuss various political and organizational matters in Sindh. PPP Sindh President NisarKhuhro briefed Chairman Bhutto Zardari on the political and organizational situation in the province. Khuhro also updated him on the performance details of various institutions following his appointment as Chair of the Sindh Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee.
Chairman Bhutto Zardari instructed Khuhro to focus on enhancing institutional performance through dedicated efforts. Anti-Corruption, Sports, and Agriculture Minister Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Khan Meher also met with the Chairman, discussing government initiatives related to promoting sports, protecting farmers, and anti-corruption measures.
Chairman Bhutto Zardari emphasized that corruption must be eradicated through all necessary measures. Sindh Local Government Minister SaeedGhani updated the Chairman on efforts to address water issues faced by the city’s residents. Additionally, Minister for Irrigation and Food Jam Khan Shoro briefed Bhutto Zardari on the repair of the Sukkur Barrage gates and details regarding the water distribution in Sindh. Advisor to the Chief Minister on Cooperatives, EhsanMazari, also met with Chairman Bhutto Zardari to discuss the performance of his department. PPP ShaheedBenazirabad President AabidBhao also briefed the Chairman on the political and organizational situation in Shikarpur.
