The ban is effective from July 26, 2024, as per the notification issued by the Commissioner of Karachi. Lately, several young individuals have tragically lost their lives by drowning in the Hab Canal while bathing.
This prohibition, recommended by SSP West HafeezurRehmanBugti, aims to prevent further loss of lives. The public is urged to adhere to this directive, avoid visiting the Hab Canal, and act as responsible citizens to ensure their own safety and that of their loved ones.
