Art exhibition on ‘End Gender Based Violence’

An art exhibition by young artists on ‘End Gender-Based Violence in the World of Work’ begins at Pakistan National Council

of the Arts, Islamabad on Wednesday.
The exhibition is being held as a part of 16 days of activism campaign. The objective of the exhibition is to provide

platform to young artists and engage them in spreading the message of the campaign through the medium of arts.
The opening ceremony was attended by Ms. Shandana Gulzar Khan (Member National Assembly), Ms. Asiya Nasir (Member

National Assembly) and Mr. Sven Ruesch (Team Leader Governance and Education, the European Union Delegation to Pakistan).
Ms. Bilquis Tahira, Executive Director, Shirakat-Partnership for Development welcomed the guests and thanked the

artists for coming together to raise voice against harassment and violence.
