Governor Punjab Ch Mohammad Sarwar has said that no one including PM Imran khan has any worry about Maulana Fazal ur Reham’s long march, name one political party which will participate in that march. Even opposition is not ready to support Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman in his negative propaganda because this time is not for protest and agitation in country but to show solidarity with Kashmiri brothers and stand against India.
Opposition was rejected by 220 Million people in General elections and they still don’t have the support of nation. Governor Punjab announced that Aab Pak Authority has started working in Punjab and in next 4 years the promise to deliver clean water will be delivered on. He said that I have appointed 17 vice chancellors on merit and has ended the political intervention in universities. Governor Punjab Ch Mohammad Sarwar was addressing King Edward Medical University’s 10th convocation and was interacting with media later.
Minister for health Doctor Yasmin Rashid and Vice Chancellor King Edward medical college Professor Khalid Masood Gondal and others were present at the occasions. Governor Punjab distributed medals to 13 position holders and later while interacting with media persons said that I have known Maulana Fazul ur Rehman since long and I am sure he will be flexible about his March decision and will consider the nation’s collective benefit.
We are not threatened by this long march because the nation has rejected this March and agenda, he added. While responding to a question about PM Imran Khan’s worry about long march, he said that did anyone see any sign of worries on PM face or on face of any member of the Government because of long march. He reaffirmed the support of nation for government and said that i want to make it clear that we are not scared or worried because of the match and Insh Allah under the leadership of Imran Khan this government will complete its constitutional term. He referenced towards the situation in Kashmir and said that when India is crossing limits of atrocities on Kashmiris and has turned Kashmir into a big jail, at this crucial time no March or protest is in favor of the nation.
