12 arrested with huge quantity of fireworks

Twelve persons were arrested separately after huge quantity of different kinds of fireworks were recovered from their possession.

According the police during crackdown on Sunday night against sellers and users of fireworks on the holy occasion of ‘shab e barat’, the Kotwali police arrested Shoaib, Sheikh Muhammad Ahmed, Sheheryar, Yasir Maqsood, Abdul Rehman and Haroon, the Hajipura police held Abdul Rehman alias Imran and Zeshan, the Civil Lines police nabbed Usman, the Sadder Sialkot police arrested Zohaib, the Kotli Loharan police arrested Haseeb and the Moutrah police arrested Azhar.
