Important development was made on Saturday, in the investigation into PTI forbidden funding case as the Federal Investigation Agency has unearthed 114 accounts of a close aide to PTI chief Imran Khan.
During its probe, the FIA discovered 114 accounts of Imran Khan’s right-hand man, Tariq Shafi. Dubious transactions worth millions of rupees were made through these accounts. Shafi is a member of PTI central finance board.
He is also a member of Tariq Shafi Insaf Trust and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust. Several PTI leaders were given cash or sent money through accounts which were under the use of Shafi.
