The Sialkot Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a woman on charges of kidnapping three children. According to police, the woman picked up the children while playing outside their houses and asked them to sit with her in a rickshaw. The suspect even threatened and hit children when they didn’t listen to her.
The kidnapping attempt, however, was foiled after the police stopped the rickshaw.
