KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast mainly dry weather for Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh during the next two days.
According to the synoptic situation, continental air prevails over most parts of Pakistan.
A shallow westerly wave is likely to enter today evening/night.
Under these conditions, mainly dry weather is expected across Sindh on Thursday evening/night and the following two days.
Fog/smog is likely to prevail in Jacobabad, Mohenjo-Daro, Sukkur, Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki and Padidan during morning and night hours.
In Karachi, minimum temperature is likely to remain between 16-18 degrees Celsius on Friday and Saturday.
In Hyderabad, minimum temperature is likely to remain between 16-18 C on Friday and Saturday.
Meanwhile, dry weather prevailed across Sindh during the last 24 hours.
Mithi and Mohenjo-Daro remained the coldest places in Sindh where mercury dropped to 07 C.
In Karachi, minimum temperature was recorded at 15 C.
Relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 53 per cent.
In Hyderabad, minimum temperature was recorded at 16 C.
Relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 70 per cent.
