Contacting staff after working hours

Nowadays employers are desirous to reach their employees 24/7. Technology played a vital role in this regard. A few years ago there were no mobile phones and personal computers so employers were unable to contact their staff after office hours and on holidays. Nowadays almost every person has his or her own mobile phone with internet connection as well as laptops. So bosses can easily contact any employee of the organization via phone calls and email. This activity helped senior management to do official tasks quickly even after working hours.
According to me this development has more disadvantages than advantages. Employees work hard from 9 to 5 or almost 8 hours a day in their organization. After working hours staff want to do some rest and spend time with their families. Some employees perform domestic tasks after office timing. So when employers contact them for official tasks then employee face demotivation which leads to depression and anxiety. That is why staff nowadays facing unhappiness and lack of contentment in their life. As per my point of view contacting staff after office time is also unethical and it creates disturbance in a person’s life.
Here I would like to suggest government authorities to make rules and regulation regarding this issue. I would suggest that there must be restrictions on employers to not contact their staff after working hours. To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying that contacting staff after office time is not only unethical but also catastrophic for employees. If an organization is striving to grow fast then it is crucial to take care of their staff and eliminate the state of agitation wholeheartedly. Staff having peace of mind can perform well and help organization to grow expeditely.

Modi: Global terrorist?

Modi’s terrorism of Gujarat, Nagaland, Mizoram, burning of over 50,000 Christian’s homes in Odisha and raping of nuns around the country; killing of priests and pastors in prayer-houses in Madhya Pradesh; abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A related to Kashmir’s autonomy which was/is (totally) against principles of UN’s UDHR (+) written promises made on UN Forums by deceitful forefathers of Modi; disliking of minorities and even low-caste Hindus; involvement in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, joint-ventures with Israel, involvement in Afghanistan, demolishing of Babari Mosque; joint venture with Iran (in Chabahar port) for spreading terrorism in Pakistan and Central Asia; and, now, started most-satanic-scheme in Bihar (returning back Muslims to Bangladesh) which will engulf Hindu-Muslim clashes across the world!
According to Ministry of Women & Child Development, India – 2,42,938 babies disappeared between 2012-2017; TrackChild, government database claimed — 2,37,040-children disappeared between 2012-2014; Bhuwan Ribhu, legal advisor of ‘Save the Childhood’ an anti-trafficking organization claims missing of 5,00,000+ babies yearly from India; US State Department’s Annual Report-2017 admits million of women and children become victim of sex-trafficking in India regularly and; Global Slavery Index-2016 claimed that largest custodian-of-slaves was/is of course (RAW; BJP…)!!
After 9/11-drama-dance enemies of Islam (India and Co) have started picking of more-babies and educating them through fake-holy-books and preachers for killing humanity and titling them martyr(!) The assertion of scribe is proving 100%+ true and (certainly) will be written in history books!! Amnesty International was/is compelled to declare ‘Modi’ as global terrorist. Even then some countries are protecting (him) on the basis of their business relations – for selling arms – which illiterate (majorly) people of India do not understand. Even then, why, UN is not declaring global terrorist – to Hindutva and Co??

Stole my content

This is with reference to the letter titled “any jobs” published in your “Voice of the People” section on October 19, with the name of Arooj Naeem. In this regard, I would humbly say that the writer (Arooj Naeem) has hundred per cent stolen my content (except for the last sentence) for publication in your section that I had sent to the country’s English newspaper The News and, was accordingly, published in it on October 16, 2019. This may be confirmed by going through the “ News Post” section of the newspaper of that date.
I don’t exactly know why people easily do so and use the content of other contributors for publication in newspapers with their names. In civilized world, there are strict piracy laws whereby nobody really dares to steal the content of others and send it for publication in newspapers/journals with their names. I think, a good writer/contributor is the one who floats/creates his/her own idea/content on any social and economic dimension and send it to any newspaper/journal for publication.
In originality lies purity and satisfaction; while copying another’s material/content for publication purpose leads to nothing but deceit, dishonesty and non-creativity. I hope that the writer (Arooj Naeem) would admit the done act and would apologize in “Voice of the People” section, accordingly.

Proper time for career counselling

In the life of every person, career thinking plays a vital role. It encourages people that where they should go for future, which industry they should join, and what can add more value to their prior knowledge and understanding. It is career counselling which makes people able to choose proper filed to work and boost future opportunities according to their desire.
Now the most difficult thing nowadays is that, what is proper time to provide career counselling? In many universities career department arranges career improving programs to make students aware of which department and field they should go. But, in real this counselling is useless. Look in University life, students become reluctant and bound to the field they have selected, say BBA Finance. Now how you can divert them from their current area to the one you make them think prior. Students fortunately or unfortunately have chosen their career either by the force of their parents or the needs for jobs, they now can’t even think for better than that existing department, rather they will feel inferiority complex.
So, here comes the concept of career counselling but at the initial level, say at First year and Intermediate level. In our society, Engineering and Medical degrees are the most sought after fields. We even don’t think for other departments, like Commerce, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and many more emerging careers. We are just following status quo. We are the slaves of history, unclear counselling. Because of this wrong selection, we feel discouraged and ultimately unemployment and poverty increase. Although, companies are seeking for IT, and Business graduates, and we are still in love with Engineering, so how we can attract that job.

Goans love drinking alcohol

Goans (residents of Goa) love drinking alcohol so much that if something good happens to them or in their family, they drink to celebrate it. On the other hand, if something bad happens to them or in their family, they drink to forget their sorrows. And if nothing happens to them or in their family, they drink to make things happen.
Hence, we need to do something about this problem and make Goans stop drinking alcohol.

Climate change

There is one threat that will define the contours of this country more dramatically than any other, and that is urgent threat of a changing climate and it has no borders that not only knocking on our front door but demanding to come in but we are not going to let this happen.
If environment is not given top priority throughout the world, we will have to lose it forever so public awareness and safety measures should be done. We all need to work together from government to industry to communities right down to individuals. We all play a part.
