This is our constitutional right. The main processionstarts from Nishtar Park to Husainian Iranian in Kharadar on the 21st of Ramadan.” Allama said there are many important dates in this blessed monthasof Shab-e-Qadrand the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali, adding, “The position of Hazrat Ali is undisputed by all sects.” He asserted that celebrating Hazrat Ali’s martyrdom is not limited to Shiites only and he said that “At no time will we be willing to accept ban on mourning.” “A notification banning mourning was issued which was not well received. The Constitution of Pakistan gives us the right to mourn. No force can stop us from mourning.” The Shia Ulema announced that mourning processions will be taken out from Nishtar Park and different areas on the occasion of Maula Ali Day.
