Ukrainian crisis must be addressed on priority
AS the Russia-Ukraine crisis deepens, there are no chances to stop blood-shedding in the immediate future.
The US, UK and EU have made no serious efforts in aid of Ukraine.As a matter of fact, they are not sincere with Ukraine.Instead, they have been adding fuel to the fire and further complicating the situation.
Providing arms to Ukraine, the region has been pushed into guerrilla warfare and a kind of civil war.
The US has a long experience of raising insurgents, rebels, guerrillas, militants, private defense contractors, etc.
In the Ukraine war, there are already some extremist fighters from various parts of the world.Such type of wars are long term and there is no sign of ending them in the near future.
Russia has shown some extent of flexibility and offered talks, negotiations, conditions for stopping attacks, etc., but, it seems, there is no will from the Western world to stop the loss of human lives.The irresponsible acts and statements have adversely damaged the situation.
It is worth mentioning that sanctions on Germany resulted in more attacks on neighboring countries, and sanctions on Japan, let the Pearl Harbor attack.
Sanctions never produced desired results.Although the West has been using it as a tool to coerce, sanctions turned out to be counterproductive most of the time.
If sincere, they should address the Russian security concerns seriously and guarantee the safety and security of Russia.
China can play a positive role in solving the Russia-Ukraine crisis.China has emerged as a geopolitical power and developed to a stage where it can exert its influence positively.
China is an old civilization and has passed through many ups and downs.They are mature, rationale and sensible people.
