ISLAMABAD – Two computers systems worth around Rs600,000 were stolen from the Supreme Court of Pakistan, which is located in highly fortified area in capital city of Islamabad.
.An FIR has been registered at the Secretariat Police Station on a complaint filed by the Director of IT at the Supreme Court. According to the FIR, the computers were moved to a room on the third floor from where they were stolen. The senior deputy director of network reported that the two new computers are missing.
The FIR details that the stolen computers included CPUs and LCDs, with both computers valued at Rs600,000. CCTV footage shows two employees, Faisal and Zahid, engaging in suspicious activities.
The police have stated that an investigation into the incident has been launched following the registration of the case.
