Wazirabad
A man was killed and another wounded when a runaway bogie of a goods train hit them in Wazirabad on late Friday night.
The free run of the bogie was triggered by a powerful thunderstorm on Wednesday night and the bogie detached from the good train and sped away.
During its out-of-control rolling through intersections, the bogie crushed a man to death while injuring another.
The railway officials in Wazirabad brought the bogie to a halt and returned it to the yard of the goods train.—INP
