Timely completion of projects foremost priority, says Amin

Former special assistant to Prime Minister Malik Amin Aslam has said that the PTI government has launched various development projects across the district Attock to remove the sense of deprivation of dwellers of the rural areas. He was addressing two different public gatherings in Haji Shah and Lawrencepur respectively after inaugurating two different solar based water supply schemes in these areas of district Attock on Monday.

The solar based water supply scheme with an allocation of Rs 200 million Haji Shah and Rs 160 million in Lawrencepur besides water filtration plant with an allocation of Rs 2 million. Through solar based water supply schemes, the drinking water facility would be provided to the inhabitants of the area and electricity to the water pumps would be provided through solar energy to get rid of heavy electricity bills.

The former PM’s aide was of the view that the district Attock was completely neglected owing to an indifferent attitude of previous regimes as a result the problems of unprecedented nature crept in the city and turned the city into a hub of problems.
