The movement of Last Prophethood

PAKISTAN had come into existence with the Divine Will and it is the first country on the map of the world which had ideological basis on the oneness of Allah Almighty combined with the unwavering belief on the Last Prophet (SAWW).

Until and unless one has not firm belief on the last Prophethood the entity of a true Muslim is not cognizable.

Being a true Muslim one will have to manifest overtly that Last Prophet (SAWW) is the last Prophet of Allah Almighty and after the advent of the last prophet the Prophethood is discontinued forever by all means and connotations of Prophethood.

When we recite the first “Kalima” we acknowledge professedly that the Creator is one and Muhammad (SAWW) is His last Prophet and we will owe unflinching allegiance to God Almighty and His last Prophet.

Under this righteous belief Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, launched an unflinching and unwavering movement and after innumerable sacrifices the Muslims of India had won an independent homeland.

The Pakistan Movement does not end here rather regained momentum when Zafar Ullah Khan the first Foreign Minister of Pakistan refused to attend the funeral of the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and on a query uttered bluntly; A Muslim had not participated the funeral of an atheist or say an atheist had not offered funeral of a Muslim.

He bluntly professed that his explicit narrative endeavoured to sprout “Qadianism” and recruited Qadianis in the embassies and left no stone unturned to facilitate Qadiani belief in every nook and corner of the country-which had ideological basis of Islam.

Zafar Ullah Khan always remained busy to cause havoc to the very foundations of Islam. Khawaja Nazim-ud-Din appointed a committee to determine the religion of the Chief Executive of the state.

The committee determined that the head of Muslim State must be a Muslim but the Committee could not define the parameters to ascertain who is true Muslim in spirit of the Holly Quran and Sunnah.

The movement of last Prophethood had been launched to define the status of a Muslim. ZafarUllah Khan remained hectic to act against Pakistan as well as Islam.

The movement of the Last Prophethood Majlis-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khattam-e-Nubatwat was founded by Muhammad Abdul Ghaffor Hazarvi in 1950 with Zafar Ali Khan, Abdul Hamid Qadri Badeyani, Khawaja Qamar-ud-Din Sialvi, Sayyed Faiz-ul-Hassan Shah, Ahmad SaeedKazmi, Abdul Sattar Khan Niazi, Pir of Manki Shareef, Amin-ul-Hasnat, Muhammad Karam Shah Al-Azhri, Sardar Ahmad Qadri and Muhammad Hussain Naeemi.

Later on the prominent Brelvi leaders Shah Ahmad Noorani and Syed Atta Ullah Shah Bukhari, Shaikh-ul-Quran Allama Muhamamd Ghulam Ali Okarvi, Pir Muhammad Abdullah Siddique, Muhammad Shafi Okarvi, Sayyed Shujjat Ali Qadri, Iftikhar-ul-Hassan Shah, also, became the central leaders of the movement to oppose the Ahmadiyya movement.

Legendary rhetoric Sayyed Atta Ullah Shah Bukhari and Moulana Shah Muhammad Noorani disseminated sermons to counter the attacks of Qadianisim on Islam.

In 1953 the movement Majilis-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khattam-e-Nubatwat opposed vehemently the “Fitna” of Qadianisim which speared into the hearts of Qadianis who were at the key posts in Pakistan.

Allama Shah Ahmad Noorni made Masjid Wazir Khan the centre of the movement. Defence forces and Police besieged the Masjid Wazir Khan and opened fire on the armless Muslims resulting in massacre of the Muslims which ignited the flames of anger and restlessness amongst the Muslims and the leaders of the movement.

Moulana Abdul Sattar Khan Niazi along with other prominent leaders of the movement-Majilis-e-Tahaffuz-e-Khattam-e-Nubatwat was arrested in March 1953 and on 7th May 1953 Moulana Abdul Sattar Naizi along with other leaders were awarded the death punishment by a military court.

On 29th April 1955 Moulana Niazi was released on bail and became the renowned soldier of the vanguard of Tehrak-e-Khattam-e-Nubatwat.

The movement did not stop till the inclusion of a clause in the constitution of 1973, declaring, the Qadianis as Non-Muslims. Qadianis had been prohibited by the constitution of 1973 to profess them as Muslims.

Every true Muslim had firm belief that Quran Majeed, which had been revealed upon Last Prophet (SAWW) through the pious angel Gabraeel by God Almighty, is the last book to be recited and acted upon by Muslims till the last day of the world.

Quran and Sunnah are two main sources of guidance for the Muslims, even a single dot cannot be added in these two main codes of life.

To love with Last Prophet (SAWW) more than one’s own souls, parents, relatives even all human beings is the most formidable part of our belief and without this one cannot succeed in mundane as well as the life hereafter.

Muslims of the world are ever ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of dignity and honour of Last Prophet (SAWW).
