State Bank of Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves rise by $33 million

KARACHI – Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves reached $14,739.9 million as of August 30, 2024.

As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday, liquid foreign reserves held by the central bank stood at $9,436.8 million.

Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks stood at $5,303.1 million as of august 30, 2024. During the week ended on August 30, 2024, SBP’s reserves increased by $33 million to $9,436.8 million.
