KARACHI – Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves stood at $16,600.9 million as of December 06, 2024.
As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday, liquid foreign reserves held by the central bank stood at $12,050.8 million.
Net foreign reserves held by the commercial banks stood at $4,550.1 million as of December 06, 2024.
During the week ended on December 06, 2024, SBP’s reserves increased by $13 million to $12,050.8 million.
During the week ended on November 29, 2024, SBP’s reserves increased by $620 million to $12,038.3 million. That increase was mainly on account of the official inflow of $500 million from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
