AT the 77th Independence Day celebration at Kakul Academy, Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir’s speech was very faithful. “Do not despair, only disbelievers despair of Allah’s mercy”. He paid tribute to the martyrs of the motherland and congratulated them for independence and said that August 14 is the day to renew our determination to defend the motherland. Undoubtedly, the basis of our national consciousness is the ideology of Pakistan, which is based on the two-nation theory. The two-nation concept provided an opportunity for separate identity, culture and civilization to the Muslims of the subcontinent. The proof of which was found in Bangladesh today is that despite the conspiracies of the enemy, the two-nation theory is still alive today. And making Pakistan a prosperous and stable country is our mission. He said that we are true to the words of Quaid-i-Azam that “no power in the world can wipe out Pakistan”. I am giving a message of hope to our great nation on this occasion. We will not let our sacrifices go in vain at any cost. General Asim Munir said that today’s day means to understand the spirit of the message of La Allah Ila Allah (Oneness of Allah).
The nation’s unwavering trust in Pakistan Army is our most valuable asset, no negative force can ever weaken this bond of trust and love, nor will it in the future. The position of Pakistan is very important in the region, Muslim Ummah and international level. Nature has blessed Pakistan with mineral resources, agriculture, young manpower and thanks to the resilient people and courageous youth, the future of Pakistan is bright. Pakistan forces and law enforcement agencies have successfully fought terrorism and have made eternal sacrifices. Pakistan forces have a firm and unwavering intention to spare no sacrifice in the future. The Pakistan Army has taken an oath to defend the country internally and externally. May Allah grant us the courage and strength to defend the Kingdom of God and make this Muslim reality a successful and great example for future generations.
The Army Chief while paying his respects and salutations to the martyrs and Ghazis said that living in these free atmospheres today is due to the great sacrifices of the martyrs. Historically, we as a nation have always emerged stronger after every difficulty, in which the mutual trust of the nation and the forces is the key. Undoubtedly, the historic address of the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir, has filled the nation with excitement and enthusiasm, and this is a mouth-watering answer to those who spread hopelessness among Pakistanis. There is no doubt that anti-national elements have left no stone unturned to mislead the youth through social media. He has destroyed all the propaganda of the enemies of the country and proved that the defense of the God’s made Pakistan was always in strong hands, is in strong hands and will remain in strong hands.
Regarding Fitnah-ul-Khawarij, General Asim Munir said that in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, especially, due to the state of Fitnah-ul-Khawarij and anti-Sharia activities, the temptation of terrorism has re-emerged. If you don’t believe in the constitution of Pakistan, then we don’t believe you as Pakistani either. There is no doubt that these elements who are the facilitators of those working on external agenda cannot be patriotic at all. They cause severe damage to the state for their own interests. In this context, the Army Chief expressed his determination by taking an oath of internal and external defence. He paid tribute to the Pashtun brothers for their eternal sacrifices. Referring to Baluchistan, he said that Baluchistan province is the abode of brave and patriotic people. Pakistan Army, with the cooperation of the Government of Pakistan and Baluchistan, is playing and will continue to play its key role for the integrity and welfare of Baluchistan and its brave people.
Today we have to witness the terrible genocide and genocide committed by Israel against the helpless people of Gaza. His efforts to raise his voice at every forum and provide aid on humanitarian grounds are commendable. Undoubtedly, his speech has put our enemies, including India, sleepless. Our eternal enemy is warned that we will never be intimidated by its aggressive ambitions. Our neighboring country has not recognized Pakistan wholeheartedly till date, this country has always been a threat to regional peace and security. This region containing two nuclear powers cannot afford such aggressive ambitions. He warned the enemies by giving a blunt message that whether it is a conventional or unconventional war (or Proactive or Dynamic), our response will be quick and painful.
Assuring full support to the Kashmiri brothers, General Asim Munir affirmed that despite nefarious tactics, no force can shake their independence or their right to freedom and self-determination. He stressed that no geographical or political necessity can obstruct the Kashmiri people’s quest for autonomy. Addressing Afghanistan, General Munir conveyed that Pakistan values its brotherly, Islamic neighbor and desires strong relations with it. He urged Afghanistan not to prioritize extremist elements, such as Fitnah Al-Khawarij, over its long-standing, benevolent ties with Pakistan. The Army Chief highlighted that the recent surge in terrorism within Pakistan is orchestrated by India and its puppet regime in Kabul. He warned that those who threaten Pakistan, whether from within or outside the country, will face a firm and uncompromising response.
General Munir also committed to strengthening historical relationships with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Qatar and Iran. In the context of long-time friend China and Islamic brotherhood; saying that Pakistan is determined to achieve its original position in the world. Pakistan is the gift of Allah, which is meant to last forever, and its benefactors will live forever. Unfortunately, those who call themselves the greatest patriots are involved in this conspiracy. In our country, a few unpatriotic politicians and political parties, blinded by their lust for power, are targeting the “Pakistan Army”, whose aim is to weaken the defense of Pakistan. They are so dear to their interests that they do not hesitate to go to any extent, they do not care about the dignity and defense of Pakistan. So my message to all of them is that if Pakistan exists, we If not Pakistan, then nothing!
