Barrister Shehzad Akbar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability has said of Nawaz Sharif should return home he would be provided with security and bullet proof vehicle to move in Pakistan.
He said, “By the way, Nawaz should feel no security risk in Pakistan since his daughter Maryam Nawaz was moving freely in the country and she has never faced security problem”.
He was talking to the media men after addressing a ceremony in Lahore at a local hotel on Thursday.
To a question about former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif he said that he has not been declared Court Absconder (CA) now but he was declared so about six months back.
He was of the view that CA or Proclaimed Offender (PO) has no right to bail or appeal, because the time to fight for these rights has gone. The only way to fight for his right is to come back Pakistan and appear before court in person.
As per Immigrations laws of UK he does not qualify for any further stay in UK since he had sought stay there on medical grounds but he was never sick.
Can he name any of the injection he has been administered so far, Mr. Akbar criticized. Earlier he said that a lot of work has been done on financing since FATF has included Pakistan in the gray list.
Barrister Shehzad Akbar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability said that the National Intelligence Coordination Council is being led by the Prime Minister and not the DG ISI in our society today. In our society everyone has his own truth and own lies which is not appropriate.
Talking about the Cyber laws and Cyber Crime he said that FIA has been facing severe shortage of staff there are only 400 officials in FIA Cyber Crime Wings to cater 1.1 Million complaints.
