Syed Zeeshan Ali Shah has joined the Sind Health Care Commission (SHCC) as the new director, Anti Quackery.
Shah holds 25 years of expertise in health, media and banking sectors and is the former Director of Children Nature Network Asia, an advocacy and outreach initiative. Formally associated with Standard Chartered Banking Group and ANZ Bank in Pakistan, he has led business operations as Regional Head Banking.
He is also the former director, Health Management Services at Baqai Medical University and Hospital.
Shah has experience of training, research and compliance and has authored various publications in local and global media.
SHCC is a statutory body of Sindh Government and is responsible to improve quality of healthcare services and ban quackery in the Province of Sindh in all its forms and manifestation.
