Senator Zeeshan Khanzada Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Commerce visited Abdul Wali Khan University (AWKU) Mardan. Vice Chancellor Dr. Zahoor and Dr. Tariq Mahmood received him.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor gave a detailed briefing on the best performance in the world rankings and the problems facing the university. Senator Zeeshan Khanzada praised the teaching staff for their high performance in the world rankings.
Congratulating the Vice Chancellor, he said that in the field of education, Abdul Wali Khan University mardan has shown high performance in a short span of time despite financial difficulties. It is the result of the hard work of the staff. He also lauded the state-of-the-art library at the university and the facilities available there.
Senator Zeeshan Khanzada said that Abdul Wali Khan University has proved its mettle in young universities globally, which is why the world’s major universities choose it for research. He assured the university administration that he would do his utmost for the development of the university.
