Minister for Revenue Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Haji Qalander Khan Lodhi, Tuesday said that reforms were being introduced in the department enabling it to promptly resolve public issues. In a statement issued here, the revenue minister said that all officials concerned of the department had been directed to resolve problems of masses on priority basis. He said strict action would be taken against those officials who showed laxity or negligence by applying delay tactics in this regard. Moreover, he added that a cell was working in the Prime Minister Officer to promptly resolve public complaints on a single call.
