Chief Executive and MD National Institute of Banking and Finance Riaz Nazarali Chunara along with a delegation of senior officers visited the Central Police Office. The delegation met senior officers headed by Additional IG Training Tariq Rustam Chohan, DIG Training Munir Ahmad Zia Rao was also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, Punjab Police and Institute of Bankers Pakistan agreed to develop and expand a framework of learning relationship to implement joint efforts for modern training in the field of human capital development. Additional IG Training Tariq Rustam Chauhan and MD Riaz Nazarali Chunara signed the MOU.
The spokesperson of Punjab Police said that the Institute of Bankers Pakistan will create special training courses and certificate programs for Punjab Police.IBP would tailor made its existing or new trainings in keeping the needs/challenges of Punjab Police and training sessions will be organized to increase the capacity of police employees as per the schedule. Punjab Police and Institute of Bankers Pakistan will work for market standard joint certification.
Spokesman Punjab added that at the end of the training courses, a joint evaluation will be conducted to assess its effectiveness and identify the areas of improvement.
