The Punjab government is spending billion of rupees to execute different development projects in the district Hafizabad to upgrade loving standard of the people while a sum of Rs. 4923 million is being spend on construction and rehabilitation of four roads sector schemes under RRP in the district Hafizabad for providing better communicational facilities to the people.
This was stated by the Deputy Commissioner Umer Farooq Warriach while inspecting ongoing schemes in the district. Deputy Director Development Hafizabad Tawasar Abbas, ADCR Imtiaz Ali Baig and other concerned officers were also accompanied by the DC. He said that Hafizabad-Khankhah Dogran Road, Pindi Bhattian-Cheniot Road, Hafizabad-Pindi Bhattian Road and Lahore-Sargodha Road would be rehabilitated with the cost of Rs. 4923 million.
He said that completion of ongoing schemes according to specification and timely was top priority of the district administration Hafizabad. He warned the officers of nation building departments and constructors that use of substandard material while execution of the development schemes would not be tolerated at all.
