Punjab University has awarded a PhD degree to Hafiz Muhammad Afzaal S/o Muhammad Sardar in the subject of Special Education after approval of his thesis titled Developing Urdu Reading Skills Among Students with Hearing Impairment by Using Information and Communication Technology.
