Pak Sarzameen Party is all set to knock the door of court of law against the constant violation of constitution committed by governments. This was stated by Advocate Hassan Sabir, Secretary General PSP on Thursday at a press conference at Karachi Press Club. He said PSP was going to the court with the case of the people. Every government has been violating the Constitution by encroaching the rights of the people guaranteed in the Constitution of Pakistan which is a clear violation of Article 6. There are three tires of governments in the Constitution but the local bodies government the third tier been hijacked by the provincial governments. The federal and provincial governments do not want power to be devolved. Today’s press conference should be considered as a legal notice by the people of Pakistan. When politicians want to come to power, the remembered constitution and when it comes to the rights of the people, the book of the constitution is put on the shelf and forgotten. The rulers use some of the provisions of the constitution only to gain power and form a govt whereas no one wants to open the provisions regarding the rights of people. because a few dynastic families who have been ruling the country generation to generation do not allow these provisions to be implemented.
