Protests in Jammu against new land laws in IIOJK

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference, Congress, and Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) strongly protested against the new land laws imposed by Indian government that allow non-Kashmiris to own land in the territory.
The leaders and activists of National Conference led by its Provincial president, Devinder Singh Rana, assembled at NC Bhawan near Residency Road in Jammu and held strong protest demonstration. They shouted high-pitched slogans against BJP and the authorities of IIOJK. They sought revocation of the new laws, terming them as anti-people decision of the BJP led Indian government.
Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President, GM Saroori, along with lodging party workers held a protest in Inderwal area of Kishtwar. Addressing on the occasion, he condemned the newly notified land laws. He said that the BJP was selling IIOJK to outsiders for their pity political gains. Saroori said that they would not allow loot of the resources and land of the occupied territory.
JKNPP Chairman, Harsh Dev Singh addressing protesting party workers in Samba lambasted the BJP regime for opening the jobs and lands of IOJK to outsiders. He pointed out that the new land laws had opened the entire occupied territory for sale with no PRC or even domicile law needed for the purpose.—KMS
