Senior leader of Indian National Congress chapter in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Raman Bhalla has said that Bhartiya Janata Party led Indian government has vitiated the atmosphere of peace, harmony and progress after downgrading the territory against the wishes of its people.
The IIOJK Pradesh Congress Committee working president Raman Bhalla, addressing a public meeting at Upper Chowadhi Brahmana in Jammu, said that the power hungry BJP’s divisive and opportunist politics has created unrest in the society.
Bhalla further said that BJP has opened all doors of sale of local resources and trade to outsiders at the cost of local traders, adding the mining and other trades are class examples of this. He maintained that by opening trade especially the mining trade to outside barons, the BJP has endangered the livelihood of lakhs of local people by rendering them jobless.—KMS
