Prominent Pakistan Muslim League-N leader, Mian Javed Latif, has called for a thorough investigation into election rigging to prevent potential chaos in the country. Latif emphasized the need to expose and hold accountable those responsible for rigging in both the 2018 and 2024 elections.

In a tweet, he highlighted the importance of restoring public confidence in the democratic system and averting chaos by unveiling the perpetrators behind election manipulation. Latif expressed concern about the survival of the country and its democratic system, urging a comprehensive inquiry into the alleged rigging.

Latif also suggested divine intervention in a tweet, hoping that the party securing the majority in the center would be given the opportunity to form the government, thwarting any attempts to sow discord in the country. The call for investigation comes on the heels of serious allegations made by Commissioner Rawalpindi Liaquat Ali Chatta, who accused Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and others of involvement in election rigging. Chief Justice Isa responded, urging the accuser to present evidence for such serious accusations.
