General Manager PIA and Provincial Scout Commissioner Mr. Qamar Shamim has said to initiate Social Activities to educate youngsters about scouting. General Manager and Assistant Provincial commissioner Public Relation Mr. Aijaz Chouhdari said that Scout moment is an ideal youth organization in the world. There are more than 40 million serving Rover scouts, boys, girls and shaheen scouts in the world.
He said this during his speech on Provincial Executive Committee Meeting At PIA Scouts Provincial Head Quarters Karachi Airport. Provincial Secretary Shamas Khan presented agenda and reports on PIA Scouts Activities in the meeting.
Assistant Provincial commissioner Public Relations Mr. Aijaz Chouhdari, Provincial Secretary Mr. Shamas Khan and other Secretaries Syed Mehboob Qadri, Ghulam Qadir, Tariq Insary, Muhammad Usman, District Commissioner Ms. Tassawur Atique and others also attended the meeting.
The recommendations presented at the previous meeting were confirmed. Consider the next event 14th August and recommendations, Formation of committees for various projects, Recommendations and suggestions were approved on healthy activities for the interest of scouting Recommendations were made for the promotion of sports and further facilities in consultation with the Sports Board at the Cricket Academy.
Annual Training camps, Events, Public Relations and Finance Reports also including in the Meeting.
According to the Press Note by Secretary Public Relations Syed Mehboob Qadri the PIA Scouts Training Center included arrangements and other plans to further improve sports facilities.
Social and Training activities of the (13) Districts Headquarters of the North and South Divisions across the country were reviewed.
