ABU DHABI – A tragic crash off United Arab Emirates Ras Al Khaimah Coast has killed a Pakistani Pilot and Indian Doctor.

The jet crashed off coast of Ras Al Khaimah in UAE on December 26, resulting in deaths of at least two people, including Pakistani pilot.

Aviation Authority of Gulf nation confirmed incident on Sunday and announced that investigations are underway to determine the cause of the crash. Those who were killed Pakistani pilot are identified as 26-year-old Frianza Parveen and 26-year-old Indian doctor Sulaymaan Al Majid.

Reports shared that aircraft of a private tourism aviation club crashed into sea shortly after takeoff, near Cove Rotana Hotel, close to the beach.

The family gathered at the aviation club to watch the experience. Diplomatic officials confirmed that Parveen’s body will be repatriated to Pakistan today. MEanwhile, the aviation authority launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the crash.
