Pakistan will support Palestine issue at every level: Fawad

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has reiterated that Pakistan will continue supporting the Palestine issue at every level.

He expressed this resolve, while talking to Palestinian Ambassador Ahmad Rabaie during his visit to the Palestinian Embassy in Islamabad on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The Minister conveyed Prime Minister Imran Khan s message of solidarity with the people of Palestine.

He said the entire Pakistani nation is standing along with our Palestinian brothers and sisters on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

He said the people of Pakistan are disturbed and protesting over Israeli atrocities against the Palestinians. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan is himself monitoring the situation in Palestine.

Chaudhary Fawad Hussain said Imran Khan has consistently been contacting leaders of the Muslim countries over the issue of Palestine.

He said the Prime Minister has reiterated his resolve to raise ongoing Israeli aggression against Palestine at the international forums by contacting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.

Palestinian Ambassador thanked the people of Pakistan for expressing solidarity with their Palestinian brethren.

He told that so far 73 people, including women and children, have died, while 1,500 others injured and 1,000 houses damaged in the Israeli attacks.
