Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Punjab Parliamentary Leader Syed Hassan Murtaza, congratulating the nation on the anniversary of nuclear blasts, has said that Pakistan is a nuclear power because of Shaheed Bhutto’s vision and sacrifice.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the PPP leader said that on Youm-e-Takbeer we pay homage to the sacrifice and spirit of Bhutto Shaheed, adding Bhutto Shaheed made the defense of his beloved homeland invincible by sacrificing his life.
He maintained that the leadership of the Pakistan People’s Party, nuclear scientists and armed forces of Pakistan deserved tributes, the leadership of PPP made sacrifices for the defense of the country, stability of economy and civilian supremacy, it is the effect of Bhutto Shaheed’s blood that today there is balance of power in the region. Hassan Murtaza further said that PPP workers also made eternal sacrifices for the sake of the homeland.
