Young nurses should make the service of patients their motto. Nursing is a very sacred profession which has the highest honor of serving humanity.
Women who perform their duties in this field not only make a name for themselves in the world but also brighten their future here and life here-in-after.
The field of nursing began with a great woman named “Florence Nightingale” whose name is on the front page in the history of nursing and is considered a role model for women in other fields.
These views were expressed by Medical Superintendent LGH Dr. Abdul Razzaq, Focal Person Emergency Dr. Laila Shafiq, Dr. Sonia Ayub, Deputy Nursing Superintendent Dr. Ruqiya Bano, Nursing Supervisor Anwar Sultana and Khalida Tabassum while addressing a ceremony held on the occasion of retirement of Head Nurse Ms. Cecilia Gill.
